Ingredients:
1 (6oz) package instant butterscotch pudding
1 cup milk
1 (15oz) can pumpkin
36 oz cool whip
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste (or pumpkin pie spice - about 1 tsp)
Traditional 9" baked pie crust or Graham cracker crust
Directions:
1. Mix pudding packet and milk together.
2. Stir in pumpkin until well blended.
3. Fold in Cool Whip and spices.
4. Pour in pie shell and chill for two hours.
