Firefighters arrived on the scene at about midnight at 124 S.E. 33rd Street after the house was fully ablaze. It took firefighters about three hours to put out all hot spots.

The home suffered about $20,000 to $30,000 worth of damage.

Firefighters said the home appeared to be undergoing some remodeling, but the exact cause of the fire is under investigation.
