ENID, Oklahoma -- The Garfield County District Attorney said he plans to charge a suspected drunk driver with first-degree manslaughter.

Officers arrested 24-year-old Vincent Blaine Sixkiller for driving under the influence of alcohol. Police said he caused a four-car crash at a train crossing in the 300 block of West Willow Road around 2:00 a.m. Saturday, November 13.

Police said Sixkiller was traveling at a high rate of speed and failed to stop, causing a chain reaction of rear-end collisions.

Thirty-one-year-old Robert Ukena was critically injured and died the following Tuesday. Three other people were also injured.

Sixkiller was not hurt. He was released from the Garfield County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond. The district attorney said he will ask for Sixkiller's bond to be raised. He's scheduled to appear in court Friday morning.

Bob Ukena's brother Eddie said the family is devastated by the 31-year-old's death.

"He was a good father, hard worker, great brother," said Eddie Ukena.

He also said a first-degree manslaughter charge is not enough and wants justice to be served for his brother.

"Yeah...that ain't enough. Homicide would be at least what he [Sixkiller] could have...manslaughter ain't nothing," said Eddie Ukena.

A memorial fund has been set for Bob Ukena at the Bank of Kremlin in Enid.

Police are also investigating whether to charge anyone at a local bar called Scooters for contributing to the crash because they believe the bar overserved Sixkiller.

Enid police received a report from Jessica Weber that the bartender and wait staff at Scooters kept serving people who had obviously had too much to drink. Weber said the bar continued to serve her brother drinks even after she asked them to stop and that his blood alcohol level was four times the legal limit.
