MIDWEST CITY, Oklahoma -- Ten years ago today a Midwest City mother was beaten and shot to death while her nine-month-old daughter cried in a crib nearby. Nancy Hemle-Probst's family still hopes someone will come forward with new clues in her murder.

The 32-year-old was found dead on her bedroom floor in 2000. Several months later, police arrested Nancy Hemle-Probst's husband, Matt.

Matt Probst sat in jail for a year waiting for a trial, but the D.A. dropped charges for lack of evidence.

Her family said they'll never give up their crusade to find her killer. They're hoping even ten years later someone has information that could help solve her murder.
