Federal Judge In Oklahoma City Sentences Man Who Plays Santa To Prison

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A dirty Santa Claus has been sentenced to more than a decade behind bars.

Steven Wintersteen was accused of sending a nude picture of himself posing as Santa to a woman who was posing as an 8-year-old Oklahoma City girl.

The 62-year-old then flew to Oklahoma City to meet her, but FBI agents arrested him when he stepped off the plane.

Thursday, a federal judge in Oklahoma City sentenced Wintersteen to 11 years in a federal prison.
