OKLAHOMA CITY – Police were still searching for drive-by shooting suspects who caused a lockdown at several northeast Oklahoma City schools Thursday morning.

Four schools were on lockdown while police, Air One and K-9 units searched the area for the men who shot a teenager at an apartment complex near N.E. 26th Street and Kelley.

Thelma Parks Elementary at 1501 N. 30th Street, Dewey Even Start at 3500 N. Lindsay Avenue, Martin Luther King Elementary at 1201 N.E. 48th Street and N.E. Academy campuses at 3100 N. Kelley Avenue were locked down during the search.

Police took three people into custody and questioned them, but eventually released all three.

The 17-year-old victim was taken to a hospital in a private vehicle.  Police said he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. His name has not been released.
