TULSA, Oklahoma -- A pedestrian was badly injured after being struck by a car at about 10 p.m. Thursday night. Tulsa police say the 32-year-old woman had just been dropped off in the 1700 block of North Harvard and was crossing the street when she was hit by a northbound car.

Officials at the scene say she suffered multiple broken bones and other injuries.

The male driver told police he did not see the woman. Police say she was wearing dark clothing, and they did not plan to cite the driver.

EMSA said she was taken to a local hospital in serious condition.
