ARCADIA, Oklahoma -- A spokesperson for the Arcadia Historical Society said work has apparently resumed on a billboard in front of the famous Round Barn in Arcadia.
Kacky Young-Harms with the Arcadia Historical Society said workers showed up at 7 p.m. Wednesday, despite a 30 day grace period agreement made this week between both sides. News of the agreement was announced during a town hall meeting Tuesday night.
The owner of Zoom Media Group LLC, who owns the property the sign is on, told a member of the historical society he would be willing to take the sign down if someone else paid the costs.
