Fund Established for Moore Stabbing Victim

MOORE, Oklahoma – A memorial fund has been established for Josephine Francisco-Herrera at the Navy Federal Credit Union.

Anyone interested in donating can go to any Navy Federal Credit Union bank and make a donation.

Funds will be going towards funeral expenses and a potential reward for information that leads to the arrest of the person responsible for the deadly stabbing.
