Oklahoma City Man Will Stand Trial for Murder

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A man accused of fatally shooting another man in an Oklahoma City house will stand trial for murder.

Derrick Johnson appeared in court Friday for a preliminary hearing. A judge denied bond for the 27-year-old and ruled there was enough evidence for him to stand trial.

Prosecutors said Johnson shot 28-year-old Carolos Marzett in March.

Police arrested Johnson after he showed up at a local hospital needing treatment for a gunshot wound to his foot.
