OKLAHOMA CITY -- Got a love for banjos, fiddles and guitars? Maybe some art and wine are more your style, well Guthrie has it all this weekend.
The Oklahoma International Bluegrass Festival is going on through Saturday. A dozen countries are represented in the annual event.
The festival has grown every year and was started by current Guthrie resident and three-time national fiddle champion Byron Berline.
And from October 2-3, Historic Downtown Guthrie will come alive with local wineries, visual arts and fine food at the 7th Annual Guthrie Escape.
Over six local vineyards and wineries will be showcasing their wines at the festival, which is free to the public. Art of all different media will be showcased at the festival along with food from Gages Steakhouse, Slappy's BBQ, R&R Restaurant and the original Granny Had One.
