Police Identify Victim Shot During Oklahoma City Home Invasion

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A 40-year-old man shot during a southwest Oklahoma City home invasion Thursday night has died.

Police said two men forced their way into a house in the 3200 block of S.W. 49th Street.

There were several people inside the home when the men shot Jose Cruz.  He was rushed to OU Medical Center where he died.

Investigators said Cruz may have been shot because of a possible dispute over money.

The two gunmen ran away and have not been caught.
