OKLAHOMA CITY – How much is that kitty in the window? Well it's free this weekend at the Oklahoma City Animal Shelter.
The shelter is offering free adoptions for cats six months or older on Saturday and Sunday, September 25-26.
The $50 adoption fee, which covers spaying or neutering plus initial shots and all other shelter services, will be waived in an effort to place these pets in new homes. More than 100 shelter cats found new homes in August.
The shelter has cats in all shapes, colors and sizes and they could be your new pet.
The Oklahoma City Animal Shelter is open from noon to 5:45 p.m. everyday. It's located at S.E. 29th Street and Bryant Avenue.
