OKC Pastor Catches Man Urinating on Church Windows

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A man was arrested Sunday morning after he was seen allegedly urinating on the front windows of a downtown church.

Police said an associate pastor caught Roy Turner Dungan peeing on the windows of the First United Methodist Church in downtown Oklahoma City.

In the report, the church's associate pastor claimed that Sunday school classes are conducted directly adjacent to the windows inside the building. 

The associate pastor also said the 50-year-old walked toward him while he was still exposed.
