Yukon Elvis Impersonator Avoids Prison Time

OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Elvis Presley impersonator won't be singing Jailhouse Rock behind bars. A federal judge decided to give him a second chance.

Agents arrested 43-year-old Darin Thrasher back in March.

He was accused of selling prescription pain pills out of his Yukon diner.

Thursday, the judge told Thrasher she was impressed by the way he's overcome his addiction to pain pills and how he's helping others get treatment.

Instead of sentencing him to prison time, she sentenced him to four years of probation.
