Norman Police Searching for Suspect in Shooting Near Lake Thunderbird

NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Norman police are asking for assistance locating a suspect in a shooting near Lake Thunderbird Wednesday.

Detectives have probable cause to believe 20-year-old David Clayton Duncan is responsible for shooting 27-year-old Randy Hayes.

Hayes is in stable condition at an area hospital. He is recovering from multiple bullet wounds.

Detectives are pursuing formal charges and seeking an arrest warrant for Duncan for assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
