Feed the Children Founder Is Focus of Further Investigation

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Feed the Children founder Larry Jones is being investigated again, this time over the repayment of a $1 million construction loan.

Subpoenas have been issued for the financing records of Jones' Nichols Hills home.

Jones says the money used to repay the loan in 2009 came from an inheritance, but the charity suspects the money came from somewhere within the organization.

At a September 9 hearing Jones and his wife will ask the judge to declare the subpoenas invalid.
