HARRAH, Oklahoma -- A Harrah woman has been charged with dozens of counts of animal cruelty after police found animals living in horrible conditions.

The Oklahoma County District Attorney filed 43 counts of animal cruelty and neglect charges against Tina Rannals.

Officers discovered what they call unacceptable living conditions for countless dogs outside Rannals' home. They found animals not having enough shade or water to drink in the heat.

Police said they seized birds, 15 to 20 dogs, several llamas and horses from the property. All the animals are available for adoption.
