OKLAHOMA CITY -- If you've ever hired a professional photographer, you expect a professional. That's what a metro bride thought she was getting when she forked over $650 to capture her "big day."

But she was unhappy with the pictures she received.

"They're awful, awful, awful! He wasn't even taking the time to think about the shot, he was just snapping away," April said.

She hired John Burchell of John Burchell Photography.

The quality of the pictures is one issue, but the other is that she has not received any of the prints. According to her contract, she was to receive them six months ago. Instead, Burchell dropped off a flash drive containing the pictures.

"The reason he had them so long is one, he had to touch every picture up. And number two, he went through some 'life-changing' events," April said.

But none were re-touched.

Burchell signed another contract promising he would deliver prints within 10 days. Now, three more months have passed, and he has not returned April's calls.

The NEWS 9 Consumer Watch Team is looking for answers. Burchell knows the Consumer Watch Team wants to talk with him.
