EDMOND, Oklahoma -- After spending time in Iraq and Afghanistan, Matthew Spaid decided to return to civilian life in Edmond. The move went smoothly, but getting the bill, did not.

As a member of the military, he's entitled to get reimbursed for his move, given he turns in a "weight ticket." The weight ticket shows how much his possessions weighed and he even paid an extra $75 to ensure he'd get one. But when the moving company told him they lost the weight ticket, he was left footing the $3,000 bill. He called the NEWS 9 Consumer Watch team for help.

The ending to the story is much different now. See what happened, tonight on NEWs 9 at 10 p.m.
