OKLAHOMA CITY -- Paramedics are blaming the heat for one man's death in the metro Tuesday.
Geraldo Espinoza, 37, was mowing the lawn at a business in the 2800 block of South High Avenue when he collapsed. Workers later found him, pulled him into the shade and called 911.
Espinoza was transported to Southwest Medical Center in critical condition, but he later died.
EMSA crews responded to two other heat-related calls Tuesday, involving a 28 year old and a 19 year old. Both are in good condition at local hospitals.
