OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police have arrested a second man in connection to the shooting death of Frederick Derbigny on July 6.
Carlandus Martin was interviewed by homicide detectives and arrested. The 16-year-old was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on one count of first-degree murder.
Isaiah Williams was also arrested in the death of Frederick Derbigny.
