OKLAHOMA CITY -- All four suspects wanted in a Logan County kidnapping and murder faced a judge Monday during a video arraignment. They are all being held without bail and face five felony counts each.

The man Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation officials say is a person of interest in the murder of 54-year-old Charles Dutton was the last of the four suspects to be arrested.

L.C. "Butch" Baker was arrested just before 5 a.m. Monday morning in the 1700 block of North Villa after OSBI agents and the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force found his car at an extended stay motel on Northwest Expressway and May Avenue.

"We had been tracking this man's whereabouts for about 72 hours through confidential informants through running leads and we finally got to an area where we thought he might be living or staying," said OSBI spokesperson Jessica Brown.

Baker became belligerent during the video arraignment and had to be brought up in person to face the judge.

The Logan County Sheriff's office contacted OSBI when Dutton was reported missing on Friday. Dutton's body was found dumped in a field near Lake Stanley Draper and Lake Thunderbird Saturday. Dutton's sister said he had recently received money from a medical claim settlement from work and the suspects knew Dutton and knew about the money.

Baker is accused of conspiring with Christy Rogers, Donald Elliott and Midiyuana Huber to torture, kidnap, rob and kill Charles Randy Dutton.

"We believe they are all principals to those acts, that they acted together and conspired together," said Logan County D.A. Rob Hudson.

The D.A. confirms money does appear to be the motive behind this murder, saying Dutton was bound with duct tape and was tortured until he gave up his pin number.

"There were several large withdrawals from an ATM by one of the defendants, actually haven't seen the exact numbers yet but I believe allegations are nearly a thousand dollars they withdrew within a few of hours of his death," said Hudson.

All four suspects will be back before the judge August 26. Baker does have a previous felony conviction. He spent four years in prison on a manslaughter charge.
