OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents arrested three people on murder, kidnapping and robbery complaints after authorities found the body of a Logan County man on the side of the road Saturday morning.

Charles Dutton, 54, was reported missing Friday. Dutton's sister, Vickie Edwards, said she went to his home on Seward Road and noticed signs of struggle.

"Two rugs - that all the blood's on - are the ones I gave him, so that's kinda tough," Edwards said.

Friday night and early Saturday morning, authorities arrested Christy Rodgers, 28, Donald Elliott, 24, and Midiyuanna Huber, 20. OSBI agents said they believe the three suspects went to Dutton's house and robbed and kidnapped him.

OSBI Spokesperson Jessica Brown said Dutton's body was discovered in S.E. Oklahoma City Saturday morning between Lake Stanley Draper and Lake Thunderbird. A cause of death has not been released.

Investigators are still trying to figure out exactly what happened and said they are still looking for a fourth person of interest, L.C. "Butch" Baker who also goes by the last name Holton.

"In any investigation you don't want any holes when you give it to the district attorney, so he has a nice solid case, and if we believe if we can get a hold of him it will clear up questions we have," Brown said.

OSBI agents said Baker is known to travel often in the Oklahoma City area and has been seen driving a black 2004 Honda Civic with the tag number 341-FSI. The car has damage to the hood.

Dutton's family knew him as "Randy" and said he recently received cash from a settlement he got from an injury he suffered at work. Edwards said the suspects, who claimed to be Dutton's friends, knew about the settlement and wanted the money.

Edwards said the three arrested not only knew her brother but were friends and had even been helping Dutton repair his roof. Edwards said she has not idea why the suspects or anyone would have any reason to harm her brother.

"Knowing they've got three, I feel much better, and they'll get what's coming to them," Edwards said.

Family members said Dutton is survived by his two daughters and three grandchildren all of whom live in Washington.

Anyone with information about Baker's whereabouts should call police.
