OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police are working to identify two suspects involved in a rape and kidnapping.

On July 25, police said a 36-year-old woman had gone to pick up a family member near S.W. 59th Street and Western Avenue. When she got out of her vehicle, two suspects approached her and reportedly pushed her against her vehicle, forced her in the backseat, restrained her and then drove away with her in the vehicle.

The victim said she was driven to an isolated rural road by the suspects, possibly near Purcell, where she was raped. Police said the suspects drove her back to the south side of Oklahoma City, got out of her vehicle and walked away.

The victim was able to get free and call police to report the incident.

The suspects are described as two Hispanic males. The first suspect is believed to be about 36 years old, 5'8", 180 pounds and a stocky build with short dark hair, a jaw line beard, light brown eyes and a deformed right ear lobe (long lobe). The second suspect is believed to be around 32 years old, 6' and 175 pounds with brown eyes, a scruffy short beard and bald head.

The first suspect was last seen wearing an aqua colored T-shirt, blue jeans and a black felt cowboy hat. The second suspect was last seen wearing all black clothing with a white striped T-shirt.

When the suspects and victim were on the isolated road, the victim said that she saw an unknown person driving an older model red Jeep Cherokee (boxy style) on 150th or 180th street west off of Highway 74. Police said this person might have information that is crucial to this case.

Anyone with information about the rape and kidnapping should call Crime Stoppers at (405) 235-7300. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
