JONES, Oklahoma -- A wild chase through the metro began when Jones police started chasing a man and a woman driving a stolen car out of Missouri.

The suspects, 35-year-old Haley Brewer and 28-year-old Damyon Fisher started throwing things out of the window, which hit the Jones patrol car and broke the windshield, so he stopped pursuing.

A county deputy spotted the car and gave chase. The suspects crashed at Interstate 35 and Memorial Road then took off on foot.

After a couple of hours, authorities took both suspects into custody.

Deputies found that Fisher had active warrants out of Missouri for a parole violation, a stolen vehicle and for fleeing the state of Missouri. No warrants were out for Brewer.

The suspects will be booked on complaints of attempting to elude, assault with a dangerous weapon on an officer, and possession of drugs.
