Man Arrested for Allegedly Raping Unconscious Woman

OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma City police officer helped stop an alleged rape in progress.

Around 6 a.m. Saturday the officer spotted a man with his pants around his ankles standing at the back of an SUV near S.E. 34th Street and Hattie Avenue just west of I-35.

The officer also spotted a woman's leg sticking out of the back of the SUV. When officers approached the vehicle, they found the woman unconscious.

After officers woke her up, the victim said she met the suspect a couple of hours before, but didn't consent to sex.

Officers arrested 26-year-old Christopher Rydell Wilson on a rape complaint and two other warrants.
