SPENCER, Oklahoma -- Oklahoma County sheriff's deputies are investigating a two vehicle crash as a possible road rage incident.
According to a victim involved in the incident, the crash took place at about 3 a.m. July 8 as a driver in another vehicle chased her and a male passenger.
The victim said her husband, 26-year-old Clarence Woodberry, was driving the suspect vehicle and rammed their car. Woodberry forced the victims off the road near N.E. 36th Street and Stella where the victims struck two trees and were both ejected from their vehicle. Woodberry rolled his vehicle at least two times in the crash.
Woodberry was not injured, but the male victim suffered a broken leg, several lacerations and an eye injury. The female victim had a fractured ankle, pelvis and lacerations as well. Both were taken to OU Medical Center.
Deputies arrested Woodberry on two complaints of assault with a dangerous weapon. He is now being held in the Oklahoma County Detention Center.
