Crash Causes Traffic on Eastbound I-40 Near Mustang Road

OKLAHOMA CITY – The eastbound lanes of I-40 are backed up due to a crash and jack-knifed semi.

Traffic is down to one lane near Mustang Road about ¼ mile east of Czech Hall.

A car crashed along the interstate, but the cause of the crash is unknown. It appears a semi could not stop in time to avoid the crash and went onto the shoulder a few yards from the crash.

It is unclear if there were any injuries in either incident.
