Oklahoma City Police Treating Overnight Shooting As A Homicide

Oklahoma City police are investigating a murder that took place early Wednesday morning.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police are investigating a murder that took place early Wednesday morning.

Officers were called to the 1100 block of N.E. 18th Street just before midnight after someone heard gunshots. When officers arrived on scene, they found 27-year-old Frederick Derbigny lying in the driveway. He appeared to have been shot, and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Right now, OKC Police do not have anyone in custody.
