OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahomans can expect more wet weather with increased chances of rain toward the end of the week.
Throughout the rest of the day there will be a slight chance for some scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially before this evening. Also, with the abundant amount of moisture in plants and the soil, the humid conditions will continue to persist. Tuesday night will be mainly dry with warm and humid conditions.
Wednesday, the chance for storms goes up once again. The state has the chance to see some pop up showers and storms from tropical moisture.
Heading into the end of the work week there is a good chance for heavy rains. Thursday into Friday there is a 60 percent chance for rain with a front stalled across Oklahoma. This rain event could have heavy showers with a risk of flooding.
