Masseuse Busted Again for Offering Customers More Than a Massage

MIDWEST CITY, Oklahoma -- A masseuse arrested during a prostitution sting in May has been arrested again for solicitation, police said.

According to police, 52-year-old Young Sun Fountain was arrested again Wednesday night at the Tomo Spa, 1400 S. Midwest Boulevard, for solicitation for illegal purposes. She reportedly fondled an undercover officer's genitals while giving him a massage.

"We continue to have complaints about these businesses and have focused our attention on not only arresting the offenders but making a concentrated effort to close the locations forever," Oklahoma City Police Chief Brandon Clabes said.

According to police, the undercover officer told Fountain he wanted a massage and paid her $70 for an hour session. The officer said Fountain asked him, "How do you want this to end? Do you want special attention?" Fountain then grabbed the officer's genitals and attempted to perform a sex act, police said. Fountain was immediately arrested and officers seized money, along with business records.

Another team of undercover officers went to Massage 4 U, 1200 S. Air Depot, where police said another officer paid $40 for a massage by 45-year-old Jifen Shi. The officer said Shi asked him if he would like anything else and then grabbed his genitals. Officers arrested Shi without incident.

Shi was taken to the Midwest City Police Department jail.

Both Fountain and Shi were charged through municipal court and posted $829.00 bond each.

"As part of our follow up, we will be coordinating with other city departments in an effort to revoke their certificate of occupancy permits. In addition, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have been contacted on both defendants to determine if they are in the United States legally," Clabes said.

Both Fountain and Shi have bonded out of jail.
