RATLIFF CITY, Oklahoma – Two 2.5 magnitude earthquakes struck just outside Ratliff City just after 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The first quake hit 7 miles south of Ratliff City and 8 miles north of Healdton. The second quake struck just five minutes later about 4 miles southeast of Ratliff City and 6 miles southwest of Tatums.
Researchers say earthquakes of 2.5 to 3.0 magnitude quakes are typically the smallest felt by humans.
There are no reports of any damage.
