Repeated Problem Places Konawa Residents Under Boil Order

KONAWA, Oklahoma -- For the second time in three months, people living in one Oklahoma town are under a boil order.

Resident in Konawa down in Seminole County are being asked to boil their water after the mayor said a pump malfunctioned.

The same issues occurred in March causing residents to boil their water before use.

The mayor said they haven't been able to restore pressure in the lines, so she's asking everyone to not water outside, wash cars or fill up their swimming pools until the pressure returns.
