Posted: Updated:

OKLAHOMA CITY – A 3-year-old tested positive for sexually transmitted diseases and is now in state custody.

According to the police report, the toddler's mother noticed the symptoms and took her to the doctor a week ago. When the tests came back positive for gonorrhea and Chlamydia, the girl's uncle called authorities.

Officers also took a rape report when they spoke with the victim's mother and other family members.

There have been no arrests or charges filed, but the toddler and her two siblings are now in state custody until police figure out exactly what happened.
