STILLWATER, Oklahoma – Records show a former Oklahoma State University employee bought sex toys and video games with a university credit card.

Cynthia Low resigned in February after the school discovered she'd spent thousands of dollars on items that had nothing to do with school business. Low was a senior financial assistant at OSU's chemistry department and was supposed to use the taxpayer-funded credit card to buy laboratory and office supplies.

Records show Low bought $2,300 on sex toys, lingerie and other clothing, $530 on makeup and $284 on video games and DVDs.

In all, Low racked up more than $800,000 on the credit card, but the university is not sure how much was spent on improper items. They estimate it was tens of thousands of dollars.

Low has not been charged with a crime, but OSU and Payne County prosecutors are investigating.
