Consumer Watch: Building Project Hits Brick Wall

Sometimes when a consumer has a problem it doesn't end the way NEWS 9's Consumer Watch Team expects, but in the case of this home building project, that's a good thing.

SPENCER, Oklahoma -- Sometimes when a consumer has a problem it doesn't end the way NEWS 9's Consumer Watch Team expects. But in this case, that's a good thing.

We originally got the call to head out to the Spencer area. Exanty Moore is building a house there that she says was supposed to be completed 3 years ago.

But when we got involved something unusual happened. When the builder heard the Consumer Watch team was on the story, he came to us. He came right to NEWS 9 to explain what's been going on. And in an unlikely move, he's now donating his resources to Exanty.
