Man Arrested in Fatal Truck Stop Shooting

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police have made an arrest in a truck stop murder that occurred earlier this week.

Richard McFall is behind bars on murder charges in the death of Billy Cooks, Jr. Cooks was shot to death early Monday morning at JR's Travel Center near Reno and Martin Luther.

Police said despite McFall's arrest, the investigation is still ongoing.
