Death Of 3-Year-Old Tulsa Boy Considered Suspicious

TULSA, OK – Tulsa Police detectives tell the News On 6 they're investigating the death of three-year-old boy as a suspicious death.

Tulsa's child crisis unit is waiting on autopsy results for Jace Burgess.

His family has been using a web site to update people about his injuries and the donation of his organs. Jace was removed from life support, after a massive brain injury.

Tulsa Police say a man was babysitting Jace and says the injury was an accident, but detectives say they aren't so sure. They expect to have the autopsy results Friday and that will determine the direction of their investigation.
