73-Year-Old Man Accused of Lewd Acts with Teenage Girl

ALVA, Oklahoma -- A 73-year-old man in Woods County faces charges of lewd and indecent acts with 14-year-old girl, according to the Woods County authorities.

Duane Nelson was arrested and charged with kidnapping and lewd and indecent acts along with providing alcohol to a minor, possession of a firearm, and transporting an open container.

Woods County authorities are expected to released more information Thursday.
