JONES, Oklahoma -- Crews worked to repair a natural gas line Wednesday after workers struck the pipe while digging a sewage line at N.E. 23rd Street and Henney Road.
The accident did not spark a fire, but crews said the gas shot 30 feet into the air at one point.
N.E. 23rd Street has been shut down between Hiawasee and Henney Roads.
ONG crews expect to get the leak capped around 11 p.m.
ONG officials said they do not expect any outages due to the rupture.
