RAMONA, OK – The body of a Ramona man who died in a natural gas explosion in North Texas earlier this week will be brought back to Oklahoma, his family tells the News On 6.

James Neese, 45, died Monday when utility workers accidentally hit a natural gas line near Cleburne.

His brother Stacy tells the News On 6 Neese's funeral will be held in Bartlesville and Neese will be buried in Ramona.

No date for the funeral has been set.

Neese is survived by his wife, seven children, including a toddler and an infant, and two grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, family members have set up for a memorial trust to benefit Neese's infant children.

C & H Construction from Dewey, Oklahoma told the News On 6 their crew in the area was involved in the accident.

Investigators say the C & H crew was drilling holes for power poles and hit a natural gas line, sparking the explosion.
