2 Arrested on Drug Charges, Infant Placed in Protective Custody

Two people were arrested after deputies found a large quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana during a drug raid.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Two people were arrested after deputies found a large quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana during a drug raid.

Oklahoma County Sheriff's deputies were serving a warrant at a home on N.W. 2nd Street Thursday morning. Deputies attempted to get people inside the house to walk out but when they refused and deputies had to use force to get inside the house.

Once inside investigators found John Anthony Wilson, 57, and 25-year-old Andrea Clevenger. Wilson and Clevenger were taken into custody when deputies found a large quantity of methamphetamine, and marijuana. Deputies also found a gun inside the residence and body armor. Wilson, who is a former felon, is not allowed to be in possession of these items.

Deputies also placed a 10-month-old girl who was inside the residence into protective custody.

Wilson has been booked on several complaints including distribution of drugs, possession of a firearm, trafficking cocaine base and child neglect. Clevenger has been booked on several complaints including possession of a controlled dangerous substance and child neglect.
