Ingredients
1pound pork tenderloin, cubed
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
1 cup chunky salsa
1/3 cup peach preserves
Instructions
Sprinkle taco seasoning over pork
Heat oil in a skillet and brown pork
Stir in salsa and peach preserves, bring to a boil
Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes
HINT: Serve this over hot cooked rice for an easy south-of-the-border dinner
