TULSA, OK – William "Kodi" Nichols will spend life in prison for the 2008 beating death of a Tulsa man.

Nichols was sentenced on Tuesday.

He's accused of beating 89-year-old Roland Buck to death. Buck was found bound and beaten in his home back in November 2008.

Nichols will have to spend at least 38-years behind bars before he's eligible for parole. Co-defendant Francisco "Frank" Torres was sentenced to life with parole in the case yesterday.
