Police Bust Alleged Cockfighting Ring in Southwest Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police busted an alleged cockfighting ring in the metro, seizing knives used for cockfighting and drugs.

A woman called police after witnessing a cockfight in progress in the front yard of a home in southwest Oklahoma City near S.W. 32nd Street and Penn Avenue.

When police arrived, they found dead roosters in a trash can and blood on the lawn.

Inside the home, officers discovered cocaine, a sawed off rifle and a DVD on beastiality.

Police arrested Gerardo Rios, Jesus Rios, and Lorenzo Rios.

Jesus Rios is facing drug charges and possession of a sawed off rifle. All three men are facing cockfighting charges.
