Enid Police Searching for Suspects in Armed Robbery

Police are searching for two suspects involved in an armed robbery at Pete's Farmer's Market.

ENID, Oklahoma – Police are searching for two suspects involved in an armed robbery at Pete's Farmer's Market.

According to the store clerk, the two male suspects robbed her of cash at gunpoint at the store on 2006 N. Grand Street around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The suspects were described as two adult males, both wearing black or blue bandanas covering their face and appeared to be over 6' tall. It has not been determined if they were black or white males.

One of the suspects wore black gloves; dark pants, a gray long sleeve shirt, a black or blue stocking cap, and white shoes. The other suspect wore white gloves, a black coat, blue jeans and white shoes.

Police said one of the suspects was carrying what appeared to be a long gun, such as a rifle or shotgun, with the butt stock cut to form a pistol grip. The other suspect had a black semi-automatic handgun.

The suspects fled in an unknown direction, possibly in a vehicle. The suspects fled with cash, bank bags and the employee's black purse.

The 34-year-old female clerk was uninjured during the robbery.
