Man Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash Identified

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Tulsa police said an Owasso man has been killed in a hit-and-run crash.

Officers say an unknown vehicle struck 56-year-old Vernon Worley in north Tulsa on Friday and then left the scene.

Police say a gray grill from an early 1990s Ford Ranger truck was found at the scene of the collision.

Officers say the vehicle that fatally injured Worley should have extensive damage to the grill, hood and windshield area.

Anyone with information about the hit-and-run is asked to call Tulsa police
