TULSA, OK—Tulsa police have safely located an elderly man who went missing Friday night.
Officers said Welmer "Tony" Williams was last seen around 9:30 p.m. in the 200 block of East 29th Street North. He was later located Saturday at a Dallas bus terminal.
Officers said Williams is in the early stages of Alzheimer's.
