OKLAHOMA CITY -- An area of Oklahoma City is booming with development and potential. The latest is an outdoor-style mall. It's still under construction, but getting a lot of attention.

The new Classen Curve is about 95,000 square feet of retail space and already has three new tenants. It's something you can't find everyday in Oklahoma City. Just as unique as the architecture, are the tenants.

105Degrees is more than a name.

"We serve only live food, basically any food that is not raised above a certain temperature," Ladan Raissi said.

The food may be raw, but the head chef says diners are getting anything but.

"They love how original it is, how healthy, how fresh," Raissi said.

And just a few feet away, shoppers are greeted by a red coyote.

"We used our little dog, Poncho, as our inspiration because he is a great runner," Red Coyote owner Jon Beck said.

Beck is racing into the soles of residents by offering more than athletic gear. Beck uses technology to sell shoes.

"It goes into a computer system where we play it back in slow motion and we can see the movements of the foot, from there we can match it up to a shoe type," Beck said.

But if you're looking to get off your feet there's 325 reasons to dine at the newest restaurant to open in Classen Curve. Construction on the outdoor mall isn't keeping patrons from Republic Gastropub. They can't wait to see more businesses open up.

"Has a lot of potential for really upscale opportunities and I'm sure that will continue and we all look forward to seeing it," restaurant patron Johnson Hightower said.
